We do not “sell” or “share” personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising and have not done so in the past 12 months.
D. How We Share
- Service providers: AWS (us-east-1 via EC2, ECS, S3, RDS), PostHog (self-hosted analytics), Sentry, Twilio, Google Analytics/Search Console.
- Legal & Safety: courts, law-enforcement, regulators when required or to protect rights.
- Business Transfer: merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
- No third-party analytics ever touches raw conversational payloads—only aggregated metrics leave our cluster.
E. Cookies & Tracking
Essential session cookies + optional analytics cookies (PostHog / GA4). Reject non-essential cookies via our banner or Do-Not-Track / Global Privacy Control.
F. International Transfers
Data are stored in the U.S.; for EEA/UK transfers we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
G. Your Rights
Under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, Colorado CPA and similar laws you may access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to processing and opt-out of “sale/share.” Submit requests via admin@liveai.co or our DSAR portal. We verify identity and respond within 30 days.
H. Security
Data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Role-based access, MFA for staff, annual penetration tests. We are not yet SOC 2 or ISO-27001 certified but follow those frameworks and intend to publish a dedicated security page.
I. Retention & Deletion
We keep data while your account is active or as needed for the purposes in this Policy or to comply with law. Auto-Purge (road-map Q3 2025) or deletion requests available via admin@liveai.co.
J. Children
Service not directed to children under 13. If you believe we hold such data, contact us for deletion.
K. Changes
Material changes → 30 days’ e-mail notice. Latest version always at liveai.co/privacy-policy.
